Through reasonable process design concept, with high stability of the whole machine structure, through the discharge machine → feed guide → roller assembly/molding assembly → after scissors frame →PLC electric control system → drag frame.
The most important part is the forming roller part. Cold forming is used for each roller of the roller assembly. The forming process of the equipment is mainly driven by the motor to drive and drive the gear/sprocket to deliver stable and reasonable force for each roller, carry on the preset force for the progressive material roll, and gradually form the press type cold bending. The whole CAM mechanism drives the upper and lower roller groups to roll synchronously, and the roller bending deformation of the plate material roll is accurate.

  1. The roller commissioning of cold bending mechanical equipment should first align the front end and back end of the equipment with the top height of the end shaft of the bogie, and pull a horizontal line from the end to the end to ensure that the roller of the whole machine has been aligned in a straight line for inspection. Make sure that the lower axis stays within the horizontal line without deviation.
  2. When adjusting the shaft spacing between the upper and lower rollers, the nuts on both sides of the wall plate can be locked only after the alignment between the front and back of the middle wheel is smooth and there is no deviation. Make sure the first and last row of rollers are perfectly aligned.
